One of the hardest parts of buying and selling a home is how overwhelming all the steps in the process can be. There’s always a ton of paperwork to do and it takes someone who is extremely organized and on the ball to make it a success. Abigail is that person! She was there for us every step of the way, and she reminded us that she was there for us every step of the way as we progressed through every step. Several years ago, my wife and I bought/sold ourselves with no realtor, and it so overwhelming for me. It was our first time buying/selling and there were so many questions I had no answers to. Buying and selling a home is not for the feint of heart! However, this time around I knew it would be wise to hire a realtor because of our previous experience. Hiring a realtor was definitely the right decision, but with Abigail we did not just hire a realtor because we got so much more than just a realtor! As I said before, she was there for us every step of the way, but to add to that, she was there for us via email, text or phone call with any questions we had at pretty much any time we had them. I honestly don’t know how she was so available and how she always got back to us so quickly, but she was and she did. I can’t iterate how awesome it was to have that kind of peace of mind. Lastly, she was trustworthy. She was able to sell our house for WAY more than we thought it was worth and help us win a bidding war with the house we bought! If it weren’t for her knowledge, expertise and experience in the market home buying market, we would have never known what we could sell our house for and what to offer on our new house. We also had a lot of questions about what to do/who to use for things such as home inspection, repairs etc. and she always had wonderful suggestions. It gave us even more peace of mind that we could trust any referrals that came from her. Abigail was always willing to be real with us and give us her personal advice/opinions which was extremely valuable to me as I can tend to be indecisive.
